Writer and visual artist born in Armenia, Colombia, in the heart of the country's coffee belt. Her work explores the intersections between literature and the visual arts through the narrative of her region; her projects examine nature, land and language from both a documentary and metaphorical perspective. Her background in journalism and philosophy has enriched her work with dialogues that weave the real and the speculative, adding layers of meaning to her stories and to the media through which they are presented.

Her work has been published in Colombia, Spain, Italy, Mexico, the United States, France, and Canada. She currently works as a freelance text editor and conceptual consultant for printed and digital editorial projects with media outlets across Colombia, France, and Mexico.
